As climate-induced losses and damages continue to impact the southwest coastal region of Bangladesh, conventional emergency relief measures are proving inadequate to address systemic vulnerabilities. To address these challenges, the Centre for Climate Justice - Bangladesh (CCJ-B) conducted a comprehensive scoping study under the Multi-Actor Partnerships on Climate and Disaster Risk Finance and Insurance (MAP CDRFI) project, implemented by An Organization for Socio-Economic Development (AOSED) with technical support from CARE Bangladesh.
