Youth Dialogue on Innovative and Climate-Friendly Food Systems organised as part of the Global Youth Forum on Climate Change in partnership with SLYCAN Trust, SLYCAN Trust Youth and ClimaComms will focus on engaging youth for building climate-resilient and inclusive food systems. As part of this forum, ClimaComms partners to contribute to fostering evidence-based communication within the intricate interplay between food systems and climate change. The Forum provides an opportunity for ten youth journalists and communicators between the ages of 18 and 35 to collaborate with other passionate youth participants of the Forum to identify and develop solutions for ethical, sustainable, climate-friendly and resilient food systems.

• Focus on ethical, sustainable, climate-friendly, and resilient food systems and explore key themes, including the transformation of food systems in the face of a changing climate.
• Provide a platform for young participants to share knowledge and good practices,  engage with like-minded peers and experts, and develop the skills and knowledge necessary for effective climate action within food systems.
• Develop approaches and solutions for scaling up awareness and literacy on food systems, climate change and inclusive and gender-responsive long-term resilience building
