Aishath Reesha Suhail is a country fellow for 2023 under the Global Climate Fellowship Programme of SLYCAN Trust. She is a Programme Officer at the Climate Change Department of the Ministry of Environment, Climate Change and Technology of Maldives. Reesha completed her Bachelor of Arts at Monash University Malaysia, and has a background in International Relations and Social Sciences. Prior to joining the Climate Change Department, Reesha worked with the Water and Sanitation Department of the Ministry as an International Relations Officer. At present, she works with bilateral and multilateral donors and funding agencies on resource mobilisation and capacity building for climate action in Maldives
