Gina is a dedicated international development professional with 3 years of experience, now serving as a Programme & Research Consultant at SLYCAN Trust. In her role, she coordinates efforts across various thematic areas, encompassing climate-induced loss and damage, human mobility, climate finance, entrepreneurship, and climate change adaptation, with a special emphasis on stakeholder engagement, particularly with youth. Gina brings experience from her previous roles, working on climate justice policy and loss and damage programming for the Scottish Government, and being a member of the Secretariat for Scotland's Climate Assembly. Additionally, she serves as a Trustee to the Edinburgh Refugee Sponsorship Circle, a community group engaged in refugee family resettlement. Her educational background includes a Master's in International Development from the University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from the University of Bristol.
